  • How can I print out my online tickets?

    To enter the LEGOLAND Deutschland, your online tickets will be scanned from a DIN A4 print out or from your smartphone at the turnstiles.
    If you want to print out your tickets, you can do so by opening your tickets directly after the purchase in the ticket shop or access them later via a link in the confirmation email.
    Now you can print your tickets via the print out settings of your internet browser (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer).

  • I have a voucher for LEGOLAND® Deutschland. Can I use it when ordering tickets?

    Vouchers for admission discounts cannot be used when ordering tickets online and are generally only accepted when purchasing tickets directly from the ticket booths at the park.

  • What is the latest I can order tickets and still receive them in time for my visit to the park?

    30 minutes before visiting the park.

  • How do I get into the park with my online ticket?

    There are specially indicated turnstiles at the LEGOLAND® main entrance. Look for the sign "Online Tickets". With your online ticket, you can enter the park directly. It is not necessary to exchange your online ticket for a different ticket. Just print out your online ticket at home or bring a digital version of it on your smartphone with you and scan the barcode directly at the turnstiles.

  • How can I pay?

    You can pay by credit card (MasterCard & VISA),  Sofortüberweisung (Klarna) and PayPal Express.

    All conventional payment methods are available at the ticket offices at the entrance.

  • How long are online tickets valid?

    Undated online tickets are valid on any day of your choice during the 2019 season. Dated Tickets are valid on the selected date only. Please note the exact opening times of LEGOLAND Deutschland.

  • What are undated tickets?

    If you don't know the exact day of your visit yet, you can purchase undated tickets ("Flexi Tickets") during the season for a small additional fee. In addition, Super Early Bird, Early Bird and Black Fun Day Tickets are generally undated. With an undated ticket you are not bound to a specific day of visit, but can choose to visit any day during the respective season. >> Get tickets

  • Can I return my online ticket?

    No. A refund is unfortunately not possible.

  • Is the online ticket transferable?

    Before they have been used, 1-day tickets can be transferred. Undated tickets can be transferred within the same category of visitor (children, adults). It goes without saying that each online ticket can only be used once.

  • Can I also order Annual Passes?

    Yes, you can order Annual Passes online here. You can also upgrade your ticket on site on the day of your visit. If you already have an Annual Pass, you can renew online.

  • What happens if I do not use my ticket?

    The validity of the ticket can not be extended to the next season.

  • What ticket types can I order?

    1-day tickets (dated and undated), LEGOLAND® Annual Passes, Merlin South Annual Passes, Merlin Annual Passes and Merlin Premium Annual Passes as well as parking tickets are available online.

    During the season, we also offer Express Passes and Gourmet Tickets.

  • What does an online ticket look like?

  • Is a black-and-white printout sufficient?

    Yes. The important thing is that the barcode must be clearly printed. Please ensure that you have enough ink (toner) in your printer.

  • Can I print several online tickets together on an A4 sheet paper?

    No. Because of the size and legibility of the barcode, each online ticket must be printed on a separate A4 sheet.

  • What happens if I delete my online ticket by mistake or don't receive an e-mail?

    Make sure that you print your order confirmation with the booking number at the end of the order process. If you have lost the online ticket, you can bring this document along with you on the day of your visit and present it to LEGOLAND Guest Services. Your tickets can be reissued there.

    If you have deleted/lost the order confirmation, you can write us an email to info@legoland.de. We will be happy to resend you the tickets if they are still valid. If, however, your online tickets have already been used, e.g. by someone who found them, then they cannot be replaced. The first use of the online ticket counts. The owner is responsible for keeping their own tickets safe.

  • Is online ordering really safe?

    Yes. Communication between the browser and the server is encrypted with an encryption rate of 128 bits SSL.

  • What is the MasterCard SecureCode about?
