Make sure that you print your order confirmation with the booking number at the end of the order process. If you have lost the online ticket, you can bring this document along with you on the day of your visit and present it to LEGOLAND Guest Services. Your tickets can be reissued there.
If you have deleted/lost the order confirmation, you can write us an email to email@example.com. We will be happy to resend you the tickets if they are still valid. If, however, your online tickets have already been used, e.g. by someone who found them, then they cannot be replaced. The first use of the online ticket counts. The owner is responsible for keeping their own tickets safe.
