Q: Arrival

Car LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort is located near Günzburg in Bavaria, just a few kilometres from Ulm. From Munich and Stuttgart we can be reached in a good hour's drive. You can reach us via the A7 by exiting onto the A8 at the Elchingen junction. You can reach us directly via the A8. From the A9 towards Munich, turn onto the A99 towards Memmingen/Augsburg and then to the A8 towards Stuttgart. The exit is Günzburg. How does online check-in work?

Three days before arrival, you will receive an email with all information for online check-in. You can then check in in the comfort of your own home.

You will receive a message on the day of arrival as soon as your room is ready. You can collect your room card from the terminals in reception at the Holiday Village or at the main entrance of the park, and your overnight adventure in LEGOLAND Holiday Village can begin.

What are the advantages of online check-in?

You can sort out the formalities of your arrival from the comfort of your own home and save time at reception. You can even collect your room card at your leisure from our terminals. So you can relax and spend your time at your leisure at the LEGOLAND Deutschland resort.

Arrival:
Use our luggage service from the LEGOLAND® main entrance to the holiday village. To do this, hand in your luggage at the reception desk at the main entrance (if closed at the guest service) by 16:00 at the latest, and you can then conveniently collect it from the holiday village reception.

Departure:
Use our free luggage service from the holiday village to the park. To do this, hand in your luggage at the holiday village reception by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Later you can pick it up at the reception near the main entrance (if closed at the guest services).
From there it is about 100 metres to the bus stop of the shuttle service. Furthermore, there are luggage lockers in the entrance area of the park.

You can choose between three different mini bar packages. You can add the package of your choice to your reservation under "Extras" or in your booking overview. You can find out how this works here.
