30 minutes before visiting the park.

With your online ticket, you can enter the park directly. It is not necessary to exchange your online ticket for a different ticket. Just print out your online ticket at home or bring a digital version of it on your smartphone with you and scan the barcode directly at the turnstiles.

Note: Screenshots cannot be scanned, also white barcode on black background ("dark mode").

To enter the LEGOLAND Deutschland, your online tickets will be scanned from your smartphone or from a DIN A4 print out at the turnstiles.
If you want to print out your tickets, you can do so by opening your tickets directly after the purchase in the ticket shop or access them later via a link in the confirmation email.
Now you can print your tickets via the print out settings of your internet browser (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer).

You can pay by credit card (MasterCard & VISA),  Sofortüberweisung (Klarna) and PayPal Express.

All conventional payment methods are available at the ticket offices at the entrance.

Undated online tickets are valid on any day of your choice during the season. Dated Tickets are valid on the selected date only. Please note the exact opening times of LEGOLAND Deutschland.

Super Early Bird, Early Bird and Black Fun Day Tickets are generally undated. With an undated ticket you are not bound to a specific day of visit, but can choose to visit any day during the respective season. >> Get tickets

No. A refund is unfortunately not possible.

Before they have been used, 1-day tickets can be transferred. Undated tickets can be transferred within the same category of visitor (children, adults). It goes without saying that each online ticket can only be used once.

The validity of the ticket can not be extended to the next season.

Yes. The important thing is that the barcode must be clearly printed. Please ensure that you have enough ink (toner) in your printer.

No. Because of the size and legibility of the barcode, each online ticket must be printed on a separate A4 sheet.

Make sure that you print your order confirmation with the booking number at the end of the order process. If you have lost the online ticket, you can bring this document along with you on the day of your visit and present it to LEGOLAND Guest Services. Your tickets can be reissued there.

If you have deleted/lost the order confirmation, you can write us an email to info@legoland.de. We will be happy to resend you the tickets if they are still valid. If, however, your online tickets have already been used, e.g. by someone who found them, then they cannot be replaced. The first use of the online ticket counts. The owner is responsible for keeping their own tickets safe.

All children turning from 3 to 11 years, receive free entrance to LEGOLAND Deutschland on the day of their birthday. Requirement is a document that confirms the date of birth/age of the birthday child (child passport or birth certificate).

In order to receive the free ticket for the birthday girl or boy on the day of your visit, please report to the service desk to the left of the LEGOLAND entrance, and bring an official proof of age.

If you lose your plastic card, report this immediately to the attraction where the card was issued or send us an email to info@LEGOLAND.de so that we can block the card. You can only get a replacement card at the attraction where your original plastic card was issued (for a fee).

That's no problem. Simply send an email to info@LEGOLAND.de with the information, when and where the pass was purchased, and we will resend the digital pass free of charge.

f you paid with PayPal, your booking confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address stored with PayPal. This is the address you used to register with PayPal.

If you still can't find an e-mail in your e-mail inbox, simply send us an e-mail to info@LEGOLAND.de with information on when and where you bought the pass. You will then be sent a new online ticket free of charge. Please note that processing can take a few days and is only carried out on weekdays.
Important: Your online ticket can only be sent again to your PayPal email address.

That's no problem. Simply send an email to info@LEGOLAND.de with the information, when and where the pass was purchased, and we will resend the digital pass free of charge.

This is not a problem. Simply call up the annual pass again in the confirmation email and save it in the desired way (PDF, screenshot, wallet). If the confirmation is no longer available either, simply send us an e-mail to info@LEGOLAND.de with information on when and where you bought the annual ticket. You will then be sent a new online ticket free of charge.

Important: Your online ticket can only be sent again to the email address that was used for the booking.

Children and young adults under 18 must purchase their annual pass on site and be accomanied by their parents. Online, childrens passes can be purchased toghether with at least 1 adult pass.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not yet possible to purchase annual passes that can be passed on to someone else as a gift. We are working on gift codes for the near future, though.

Please note that you must upload a photo of each new pass holder. The passes will be emailed to your smartphone directly after purchase. When you open the e-mail, you have the DigiPasses directly on your smartphone and the validity starts immediately after purchase. So you don't have to do anything on site. If you buy annual tickets on site, not everyone who is to receive the pass has to be present. You will receive a QR code and can use it to conveniently complete the annual tickets at home.

Please note that the term of the annual pass starts immediately upon purchase.

This is not possible online. However, you can have each day pass credited to an annual pass upgrade on site. We will be happy to inform you in the annual ticket office in the entrance area.

When your annual pass expires, you have the option of extending it for a further 365 days at a discounted renewal price. You can easily do this online from 28 days before expiry and up to 28 days after expiry, or on site at our annual ticket office.

All annual tickets are issued as a DigiPass. This means that information such as the expiry date, name and picture of the annual ticket holder are stored in the barcode. It is therefore sufficient to present a scannable barcode at the turnstile.

TIP: Save your DigiPass directly in the ticket wallet of our LEGOLAND app, in the Apple Wallet, in an Android wallet app, or as a screenshot in your gallery.

Note: Please do not use dark mode, the barcode/barcode must be black on a white background. Also, some Android wallet apps want to convert the barcode into a QR code - but that doesn't work at our turnstiles!
