Merlin Entertainments recognises the importance of providing a mobile app that is accessible to all user groups including people with disabilities such as blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity and combinations of these.
Merlin Entertainments and LEGOLAND® Deutschland endeavour to make their mobile app accessible in accordance with the Bavarian E-Government Ordinance (BayEGovV). This accessibility statement applies to LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort App.

Accessibility status
The legal basis for the accessible design of the LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort App is the Bavarian Digital Ordinance (BayDiV) in conjunction with the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0).
The review of compliance with the requirements is based on a self-assessment carried out in June 2025. The app is partially compatible with the aforementioned requirements on both iOS devices and Android devices due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions. The incompatibilities and exceptions are listed below.

- Recognizability of headings: Not all headings are recognizable as such.
- Orientation of the app: The app only offers vertical orientation.
- Keyboard operability: Keyboard operability is not consistently given, although operation via VoiceOver/TalkBack is fully possible.
- Link purpose and destination: Not all links to resources outside the app provide information about the file format or the external destination in the link text itself or in the immediate context.
We are continuously working to improve the app's accessibility and meet the BITV's requirements.
