General & Terms of Use for the Express Pass at LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort
Time for more fun at LEGOLAND Deutschland! With the Express Pass, you can reserve a place in the queue for a selected attraction without having to queue yourself.
- The Express Pass is an additional service offered by LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort for a fee.
- The purchase of an Express Pass does not entitle you to enter the theme park without a valid admission ticket.
- The Express Pass can only be purchased online at LLD-Express Pass.de.
- The Express Pass is offered in three variants:
a) Standard: The waiting time corresponds to the actual waiting time at the ride, but without queuing.
b) Premium: The waiting time is reduced by approx. 50% compared to the actual waiting time at the attraction.
c) Gold: The waiting time is reduced by approx. 90% compared to the current waiting time at the attraction.
The three products are only available on selected days and in limited quantities.
- The Express Pass is available for selected rides / attractions on the day of use.
- All prices are per person per day.
- The following payment options are available for online purchases:
- Visa / Mastercard
- Instant bank transfer
- Paypal
- Google Pay
- Rebooking / Refund:
When purchasing the Express Pass, a binding visit date must be specified.
Rebookings are possible free of charge, provided that the service is offered on the desired visit day and corresponding capacities are available. There is no general entitlement to rebooking.
Partial or full refunds are not possible.
- Usage:
To use the Express Pass, you must use a smartphone and provide at least one email address.
At the time of purchase, you can decide whether you want to use the Express Pass together or split into several groups. If you split up, a separate email address must be entered for each group.
In addition to the order confirmation, the activation link will be sent to each group email address.
The activation link will automatically redirect you to www.LLD-Express Pass.de. Your active Express Passes will be displayed here immediately.
After clicking on "Start now", you can select your first attraction. Your personal start time will be displayed. When your smartphone signals that the start time has been reached, go to the selected ride. Follow the Express Pass signs.
Please note that due to the operational procedures at the respective attraction, there may still be slight waiting times.
Unfortunately, bad weather or unforeseen events may lead to partial or complete closure of individual attractions. The current availability will be displayed on the Express Pass page.
If an attraction is temporarily closed or cannot accept reservations, the message "Currently not bookable" will appear.
Reservations for multiple rides are not possible. Only when a reservation has expired, or you have cancelled it yourself you can select another attraction.
When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to enter a password. Together with your email address and password, you can log back into the LLD-Express Pass.de site at any time if you have closed it during your visit.

- With the purchase of a ticket and the Express Pass you accept the valid park rules of the LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort. We would like to point out that the instructions of our staff must be followed. This applies in particular to the regulations in force when using the individual attractions, such as age or size restrictions.
