What Is LEGO® Festival?

LEGO® Festival is a family event at LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort, celebrating play through interactive experiences, live entertainment, LEGO® building activities and themed Play Zones. With plenty of hands-on fun throughout the Resort, the festival is all about creativity, movement, social interaction and shared family moments.

The event is designed especially for children aged 2 to 12 and their families. Visitors can enjoy creative activities, active play, engaging social experiences and quality time together.
Alongside the rides and attractions at LEGOLAND Deutschland, guests can take part in festival activities, shows, build challenges, character experiences and interactive Play Zones. LEGO Festival is included with eligible admission tickets and Annual Passes.

What Happens at LEGO® Festival?

Throughout LEGO Festival, families can explore themed Play Zones designed around different styles of play. Guests can build LEGO models, watch live performances, meet LEGO characters, join challenges and discover the different zones across the day.

Many families like to combine Festival experiences with rides, attractions and a shared meal break, making it easy to enjoy LEGO® Festival at a relaxed pace throughout the day.

F1® Thrill Zone

Inspired by LEGO® F1®, the LEGO® F1® Zone brings together teamwork, problem-solving and active play through interactive challenges and family experiences.

LEGO® Pokémon™ Play Zone

Play Type: Physical Play

In the LEGO® Pokémon™ Play Zone, visitors step into a LEGO® Pokémon™-inspired world and take part in hands-on activities that bring play to life through the LEGO® SMART Play™ system. In the Nurture area, Trainers can build a tasty snack for their Pokémon, then head to the snack table to add a SMART tag and see how their Pokémon reacts. They can also build and display a LEGO Poké Ball and snap a photo with the giant LEGO® Pikachu model making its way to LEGO Festival at LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort.

The 3 Build Challenge

The 3 Build Challenge encourages families to explore several Festival zones throughout the day.

How it works:

It’s a simple way to experience different parts of the Festival while discovering the full event.

Battle of the Bands

One of the Festival’s headline entertainment moments, Battle of the Bands brings together music, performances, LEGO characters and audience participation.

Another key highlight at LEGO Festival is the LEGO® F1® Brick Stop Challenge. Here, families work together against the clock in a Formula 1®-inspired pit stop challenge.
