Fastrack (formerly Express Pass) is a product which you can purchase to maximise your day. It is a ticket which has a set allocation of uses (depending on tier and price), allowing you to access a shorter queue at specified amount of times. This allows you to manage your day by choosing which attractions you would like a reduced waiting time on. You can choose to use one of the Fastrack allocations (Bronze, Silver, Gold) at any of the listed attractions. Once you have used all your allocation of rides, the ticket will become inactive.

We previously used Express Pass as a queue time product which allowed you to reduce your waiting time by a set amount. Based on feedback, we have moved away from this system into one based around the amount of attractions you can experience for the price, ensuring that everyone who has a Fastrack ticket is recieving the same value for money.

Fastrack does not include theme park entry. Admission tickets will need to be purchased separately.

All our Fastrack tickets are per person, so please ensure you book one for each member of your group.

Not all our rides and attractions offer the Fastrack service. Our Fastrack tickets offer a reduced wait time on the most popular rides and attractions at the Theme Park.

You will receive a ticket via email - on the day of your visit simply show that ticket at the attraction you want to use your allocation on for the ride attendant to scan. That's it - enjoy the ride!

To make it even easier, you can add your Fastrack ticket to your wallet in the LEGOLAND Deutschland app.

Open the LEGOLAND Deutschland app, and select 'My Visit', then 'My Tickets & Passes'. From here, select  'Add Tickets & Passes' and input the order number from your confirmation email, along with the email address used on your booking and your tickets should be added.

During busy times the Fastrack queue may have a short wait before you ride. It will always be less than the main waiting time.

2. Fastrack tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not replaceable if lost.
3. Attractions with Fastrack access may be removed, added, or amended at any time.
4. Rides and attractions are subject to availability at all times.

2. A Fastrack Package is a ticket with a set amount of use validities which can be used on a pre-determined selection of attractions. Each attraction ridden removes one validity.
3. All attraction uses must be utilised on the date stated on the ticket.
4. Fastrack Package tickets must be used by one person, and cannot be shared between groups.
5. Rides and attractions remain subject to availability, due to the flexible nature of the ticket, refunds will not be issued if any of the attractions listed are unavailable. Usage validity will remain valid for the attractions which remain operational.
6. If a specified ride is closed, and you have purchased a package for that date, the rate will not be subject to discount, nor will it be eligible for refund as it does not affect the ability to use all validities on the ticket on other listed attractions.
7. If a paper ticket has issues and becomes wet or damaged, please speak to a member of staff at the Fastrack desks located in the ENTRANCE AREA near the Annual Pass Office. You must show proof of purchase prior to any re-print.
