Accommodation
Real heroes spend the night at the LEGOLAND Feriendorf directly beside the park. There we offer colourful LEGO themed cottages, knight tents and a big campsite. You will find a suitable hotel accommodation in the region at our partners.

 

Annual Pass 
You have the choice between two different Annual Passes: the LEGOLAND Annual Pass and the Merlin Annual Pass. The LEGOLAND Annual Pass is valid on all days of regular park operation at LEGOLAND Deutschland for a full 12 months. Due to its low price, it already pays for itself on your second visit. The Merlin Annual Pass gives you free access to the 14 Merlin attractions in Germany for a full 12 months. (Please observe individual opening times.) These include e.g. the fascinating SEA LIFE aquaria, the exciting Hamburg Dungeon and the popular leisure parks Heide-Park Resort and LEGOLAND Deutschland.

 

ATM
There is a Sparkasse cash machine located at the KNAX meeting point at the entrance area of the park.

 

 

  

Babies
Food and care for tiny tots can be found at the HiPP Baby Service. It is located right beside the EXPLORE Playground and our Pizza Mania! restaurant in the IMAGINATION area.

 

Birthdays
Happy Birthday! On their birthday children may visit the park for FREE.
(Offer only valid with valid ID and for children celebrating their 3rd to 11th birthday.)

 

 

  

Campervans
Guests travelling by campervan may visit our new LEGOLAND Feriendorf facilities.

Dogs
No dogs or pets can be admitted into the park, except Guide Dogs. However, for a small fee you can leave your dog during your park visit in our dog house (based on availability).

First Aid
LEGOLAND Deutschland has its own manned First Aid Station with qualified medical staff. It is located at the Airport in LEGO® CITY.

  

Food & Beverages
What may we serve you? From Italian cuisine to fiery barbecues, our restaurants have offer something for every taste. You will also find a large selection of salads and wholemeal products. The numerous snack points, ice cream stations and mobile outlets offer tasty snacks to keep you going between meals. We also offer special children’s menus at reasonable prices for our young heroes. Handicapped Visitors
The park is suited to the handicapped in every way. Please consult the staff at the various attractions to get safely through the park. Severely handicapped guests receive EUR 4.00 off their park ticket if purchased at the regular rate.

  

Height and Age Restrictions
For safety reasons, admission to the attractions is restricted by age and height requirements.

Helpful Hints
To make the most of your visit please find our top tips here:
- If you visit the park with small children it is best to start your tour in LEGO® City.
- If you want to participate in a workshop or if you want to receive a LEGOLAND® driving licence, please make a reservation first thing in the morning. Please visit the LEGO MINDSTORMS™ Centre in the area LEGO X-TREME or the LEGOLAND® Driving School in the area LEGO® CITY.
- Best time to visit our restaurants is usually before 12:30 PM and after 2:00 PM.

 

  

Information
At the information counter at the BEGINNING of our park our friendly staff will be pleased to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your visit to LEGOLAND Deutschland. Here you can also obtain brochures about LEGOLAND Deutschland.
Should there be waiting times during your park visit you can have a look at our information board in LEGO City, so that you can organize your visit in the best possible way.

  

 

  

Lockers
Lockers can be found at the entrance, next to the Mini Market. The charge depends on the size of the locker.

  

Lost & Found
Please leave and pick up lost objects at the information counter at the park entrance. If you found out your loss at home, you can send us an Email to: info@legoland.de. If you wish we can send you your lost items for a little fee (depending on weight and region).

  

Lost Children
Missing children and parents meet at the Information counter at the park entrance.Please use our free extra service and pick up a "kid spotter wristband" at the information counter before starting your visit and note your mobile phone number on it.

  

  

Opening Hours
Please click here to see our opening times. Longer opening hours apply on weekends, during vacation time and on public holidays. Attractions (except MINILAND) are closing one hour prior to park closing-time. Restaurant and shop hours may vary due to visitor appearance.

  

 

  

Payment
Besides Maestro-cards, the following credit cards are accepted within the park: VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express. Payments in cash can only be accepted in Euro.

 

Parking
The parking area directly at the park offers space for more than 4,000 cars.
Parking Fee: 6.00 €. Annual pass holders can buy reduced parking tickets on site.

  

Public Phones
One card and coin-operated telephone can be found in the entrance area of the park.

  

Public Transport
For visitors arriving by train, a public Shuttle Bus service is provided between Günzburg railway station and LEGOLAND Deutschland.

The Shuttle Bus is free for visitors with a German rail ticket issued by Deutsche Bahn AG (DB) explicitly covering travel to “Günzburg LEGOLAND”. All other passengers can purchase a ticket for the journey from Günzburg railway station to LEGOLAND Deutschland after boarding the bus. Return tickets are available for EUR 1,60 per child and EUR 3,30 per adult.

 

  

  

Re-Entry into the Park
Our tickets and annual passes allow only one entry per day. If you wish to leave the park momentarily please contact our staff at the turnstiles before leaving.

  

Restrooms
All restrooms are equipped with baby care facilities. Family restrooms and toilet facilities suited for our handicapped guests are available.

 

 


Shopping

Sorry, our LEGO® models in the park are not for sale. But throughout the park's shops guests can find a large variety a large variety of LEGO® toys, clothing and souvenirs to suit all tastes. For further information please click here.

  

Smoking

LEGOLAND® Deutschland is a smoke free zone! As a family theme park the good of our adult and especially of our little guests is close to our heart. Therefore, we have decided to declare our park to a smoke free zone. There are, however, designated smoking areas in the park.

  

Strollers

Strollers are available for a fee at the Mini-Market located by the entrance area of the park (fee: 4 €, deposit: 6 €). Please return the strollers at the Mini-Market. You may not return them at the Holiday Village.

Our Tourist Information Centre is located at the park entrance. Here you can obtain information about the region or book accommodation.

  

Tricycles, Rollerblades, Kickboards

Due to safety restrictions Tricycles, Rollerblades, Kickboards etc. are not allowed in the park. 

  

 

  

Waiting Times

With the EXPRESS PASS not a second is wasted, enabling you to make the very best of your day at LEGOLAND®. The EXPRESS PASS is available in all shops. Please note terms and conditions!

  

Wheelchairs

A limited amount of wheelchairs is available free of charge at the Mini-Market in the main entrance area of the park (deposit: 15,00 €). You may not bring back the wheelchairs at the Holiday Village.
