The visit of LEGOLAND is only possible with a prior day-dated reservation, as the number of visitors is limited. This also applies for annual pass holders, children under the age of 3 years or if you own an undated ticket.

Why do I have to choose a fixed date, even though I own an undated ticket or an annual pass?
The visitor number of LEGOLAND is limited to a fixed amount of guests due to the Corona pandemic.
Why do I have to re-enter my data, even though I have a valid annual pass or valid tickets?
According to the Infection Protection Law and the Bavarian Infection Protection Regulations, LEGOLAND is obliged to develop and implement a hygiene concept. In order to be able to determine the contact persons in a case of later COVID-19 infection among our guest or personal, LEGOLAND is obliged to have a guest list.
Is it possible to rebook or cancel our ticket reservation?
The reservation is binding. There is no entitlement to rebooking.
Please contact us via email to LLDGuestservice@LEGOLAND.de in time. A rebooking is only possible if the desired new date of visit still has sufficient capacity.
How long is my reservation valid?
The reservation is only valid for the chosen and confirmed desired date.
Is it possible to transfer a reservation to another person?
No the transfer of the reservation to other persons or tickets is not possible.
I have bought a Start-of-Season Ticket or a 1-Day-Ticket Season 2020. Do I still have to use the online reservation?
No, it is not necessary in this case. You have already determined a fixed date of visit with the purchase of the Start-of-Season Ticket or the 1-Day-Ticket Season 2020.
I have a discount voucher. How can I redeem it?

I have won tickets. How can I redeem them?
The handling of free tickets is the same like undated tickets. You can enter your barcode number into the reservation tool and reserve your date of visit.
I have booked a stay or an overnight stay with LEGOLAND Holidays. Do I also have to register for a visit?
You will not have to reserve a date of visit if you have booked a stay or an overnight package with LEGOLAND Holidays. Your data is known to LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort already.
I need an admission ticket for a child below the age of three years on the date of visit. How do I receive a ticket?
Children below the age of three years receive free entrance to LEGOLAND. You can simply add a free children ticket to the reservation of your desired date of visit. You will instantly receive an admission ticket. Please not that a reservation is only possible with another valid ticket or a valid annual pass.
Do I have to print out my reservation?
We ask you to print out your reservation and your online tickets in any case and prior to your visit on a DIN A4 scale.
Until when do I have to register for a visit with my tickets or my annual pass?
A reservation is only possible at the latest until 12 midnight on the day PRIOR to your desired date of visit, depending on the respective availability.
I have purchased an annual pass online but I do not have an ID card yet.
Do not worry! During your online purchase you have receive a temporary annual pass. Register with the barcode which you can find on the temporary annual pass.
I am severely disabled and may bring along an accompanying person. How do I receive a ticket?
An accompanying person can be directly added during the reservation process. You will have to enter the mark- and reference number according to the disabled person’s pass. The name and the date of birth of the accompanying person must also be entered.
