Whether you arrive by car, train, bus or plane, it is really easy to find LEGOLAND^® Deutschland Resort. Munich and Stuttgart are each only approx. 1.5 hours away by car. It will only take you approx. one hour to get here from the Allgäu.

Parking
Overnight guests can park their car free of charge in the Holiday Village. The car park at the main entrance of LEGOLAND Deutschland is free of charge for Holiday Village guests (the parking ticket is included in your entrance ticket).

Tip for rail travellers:
Use our free luggage service from the park to the holiday village. 

It is only about 100 metres from the bus stop to the main entrance. Here you can leave your luggage at reception until 16:00 and simply collect it at the holiday village reception after the park closes. On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage at the holiday village reception until 11:00 am and pick it up later at the main entrance reception. If the reception at the main entrance is closed, simply contact our guest services.

Please check-out by 11:00 am at the latest.

You would like to keep your room a little longer? Simply add a Late Check-Out to your booking.

Check-in is possible 24 hours a day, our rooms are ready for occupancy from 3:30 pm. The reception at the LEGOLAND holiday village is staffed around the clock.

Good to know: Book an Early Check-In and rooms are available at 12:00 lunchtime!

Tip: Want to enter the park faster? Conveniently check into the holiday village online. You will receive an email as soon as your room is ready. The room card is then issued to you at the terminal of the central reception in the holiday village or at the reception in front of the park entrance. Your day in the LEGOLAND Germany resort thus begins – relaxed and eagerly anticipating the day full of fun, play and action.

Who can use online check-in?

Online check-in is available to all LEGOLAND Holidays guests staying at our LEGOLAND holiday village in the following categories:

How does online check-in work?

Three days before arrival, you will receive an email with all information for online check-in. You can then check in in the comfort of your own home.

You will receive a message on the day of arrival as soon as your room is ready. You can collect your room card from the terminals in reception at the Holiday Village or at the main entrance of the park, and your overnight adventure in LEGOLAND Holiday Village can begin.

What are the advantages of online check-in?

You can sort out the formalities of your arrival from the comfort of your own home and save time at reception. You can even collect your room card at your leisure from our terminals. So you can relax and spend your time at your leisure at the LEGOLAND Deutschland resort.

LEGOLAND^® Holiday Village offers rooms for disabled guests in few categories.

The park is fully accessible in all respects. Any visitors requiring assistance should approach the staff on the individual activities and attractions for help with getting around the park safely. A free information brochure is available from the information booth at the ENTRANCE. A limited number of wheelchairs are available at the LEGOLAND Main Entrance or at the LEGOLAND Holiday Village reception.

Lost property is kept at the holiday village reception and taken to the lost property office at the park information desk the following day.

Parking is complimentary at LEGOLAND^® Holiday Village during your stay. On your departure day please park your car in the parking area at LEGOLAND main entrance. The car park ticket is included in the admission ticket.
