(Last updated: 3 April 2022)
Dear LEGOLAND Adventurers,
We are looking forward to welcoming you to LEGO® action and roller coaster fun.
To make sure you are well prepared for your family adventure, we have summarised all the current requirements and information for you.
As of now, visits to LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort are possible without access restrictions, i.e. without proof of vaccination/recovering/testing.
For your safety and that of our employees, we are maintaining the following basic protective measures for the time being:
- Holders of undated day tickets and annual passes need a free day reservation.
- In all indoor areas (shops, restaurants, hotels, reception) it is mandatory to wear a medical mask (from 6 years of age). Furthermore, the mask requirement also applies to the following attractions: Rebuild the World - Planet LEGOLAND®, LEGO® NINJAGO® The Ride, Temple X-pedition, LEGO® City Police Station, Observation Tower, Power Builder, LEGOLAND® ATLANTIS by SEA LIFE, LEGO® Factory, LEGO® Studios, Nintendo Zone
Please read the following information carefully BEFORE your visit.
We look forward to seeing you!
Your LEGOLAND Team
Tickets for LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort
Day Tickets and Annual Passes can only be purchased online; there are no ticket sales on site.
Information on discounted day tickets
Children can still visit LEGOLAND free of charge until their 3rd birthday, but require a free day reservation.
Accompanying persons of disabled guests with a disabled person's pass B or H are also admitted free of charge, but require a free day reservation. At the turnstiles you will then receive the ticket for the accompanying person and further information upon presentation of your disabled person's pass.
LEGOLAND® discount vouchers must be redeemed online on our website before your visit and the original copy must be presented at the turnstile on the day of your visit. Click here for more information.
Children receive free admission for their 3rd to 11th birthday. The free ticket is dated and only valid on the child's birthday. This offer is only valid upon timely and prior registration using this form.
Booking a visit date for undated day tickets
If you have undated tickets or free tickets, you must make a reservation for the day of your visit in advance. Reservations can be made here.
Unfortunately, for organisational reasons, it is not possible to change or cancel one-day reservations.
Booking a visit date with an Annual Pass
Annual pass holders must still book their day visit in advance online and free of charge (except overnight guests with annual pass). Without a valid day reservation, entry is not possible. Children under 3 years of age also require a free reservation. Reservation of the day of your visit is possible on the same day, subject to availability.
Altering or cancellating day reservations is unfortunately no longer possible due to organisational reasons.
We kindly ask you to be considerate of others when making reservations and only book the tickets that you really need and will use.
