Annual Pass validity: To find out if your annual pass is still valid, just enter your date of birth and your annual ticket number in the engine below. After you got your information you can just cancel the request again.
You can renew your annual pass here 4 weeks before and 4 weeks after your annual pass loses its validity. The renewal is always valid for 12 months from the date the old card loses its validity.
Renewals can not be combined with other offers or special prices. The new validity starts from original date of expiration on and not from renewal date on. We reserve the right to change terms and conditions.
