Exciting adventures at LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort in 2013 – Hunt for treasure in the Temple X-pedition or spend the night at the Knight’s Castle
LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort in the Bavarian town of Günzburg welcomes its guests in 2013 with two major new attractions. In the KINGDOM OF THE PHARAOHS, treasure-hunters young and old can embark on a fantastic adventure in the interactive Temple X-pedition, and the new Knight’s Castle at the LEGOLAND Holiday Village offers an unforgettable accommodation experience.

Event calendar for the 2013 season
The schedule of events in 2013 at the LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort is easily just as exciting and varied as the Park’s more than 50 attractions, shows and workshops. In line with the Park’s motto, the slogan for this colourful calendar of events is “Play your part!”. The programme includes the Long Nights which are popular with guests of all ages and the traditional Halloween festivities, along with the spectacular STAR WARS™ Days. The Park’s two biggest new attractions, the Temple X-pedition and the Knight’s Castle in the Holiday Village, will be celebrated in style during the Egyptian Weekend and the Knights’ Spectacular, and of course visitors can also look forward to numerous LEGO® build-along and hands-on events.

Park concept: ‘Play your part’ at LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort
‘Play your part!’ is the motto of the eight theme worlds at LEGOLAND® Deutschland. The amusement park located in Günzburg, Bavaria offers more than 50 attractions and thousands of models made from more than 55 million LEGO® bricks and is an unforgettable experience for families with children between the ages of three and twelve. In the differently themed areas of the park children can accompany treasure-hunters, pirates, explorers and knights on their adventures, go on canoeing trips and safari tour, ride a roller coaster and explore MINILAND. Shows, 4D cinema, workshops and a varied events calendar complete the offer of Germany’s most child-orientated park (Parkscout Award 2012/13).

The 24 hours LEGO® feeling: staying overnight in the LEGOLAND® Holiday Village
Five years ago, LEGOLAND® Deutschland in the Bavarian town of Günzburg opened its own Holiday Village right next to the Park, and since then various new accommodation and entertainment options have steadily been added. This has made a short trip to LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort with its around-the-clock LEGO® feeling even more popular for families with children. The roughly 11-hectare Holiday Village offers LEGOLAND guests 72 Holiday Cottages with 144 family rooms, a large Campground and since 2013 there is also the splendid Knight’s Castle with 34 LEGO themed rooms.
